The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to establish a clear and transparent communication on the collection, use, processing, storing of personal data relating to the users of the www.f4y.hu website.

  • 2001. évi CVIII. törvény – az elektronikus kereskedelmi szolgáltatások, valamint az információs társadalommal összefüggő szolgáltatások egyes kérdéseiről.
  • 2008. évi XLVIII. törvény – a gazdasági reklámtevékenység alapvető feltételeiről és egyes korlátairól.
  • 2011. évi CXII. törvény az információs önrendelkezési jogról és az információszabadságról.
  • 2013. évi V. törvény a Polgári Törvénykönyvről.

  • Data subjects have the right to request information about the personal data the company holds on them.
  • Data subjects have the right to get a copy of their data transferred to them or to another party whenever the company processes their personal data, by automated means based on your consent or based on an agreement.
  • Data subjects have the right to request that our company restricts the process of their personal data.
  • Data subjects have the right to request rectification of their personal data if the information is incorrect, including the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
  • Data subjects have the right to erase any personal data processed by our company.

 

  1. General principles of data processing
  • The Data Controller processes every personal data legally and above board.
  • The Data Controller processes personal data only after having the assent of Data Subjects. The assent must be given based on correct information provision.
  • Tha Data Controller takes care of the accuracy of the Data Subject’s personal data.
  • The Data Controller guarantees the safety of every personal data. It means that the Controller provides all the necessary IT technology to keep personal data safe. In case of a security breach, the Controller must inform the Data Subject as soon as possible. The issue must be solved by the Controller.

 

  1. Remedys

The Data Subjects have the right to protest against the processing of their personal data if it is justifiable.

The Data Subjects’ request must be handled within 15 days, and the Data Subject should receive a written riport about the decision made by the Data Controller.

In case the protesting is justifiable, the Data Controller terminates the data processing.

In case the Data Subject desagrees with the decision, she/he can apply to the Court within 30 days after receiving the report.

  1. The processing of personal data

The Data Controller is keeping every personal data in electronic form.

The data processing is carryed out by an adaquate IT system. This system must guarantee the safty of every personal data.

The Data Controller does not give any personal data to a third party.

 

  1. The handling of personal data breach

Personal data breaches must be reported to the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság within 72 hours.

Riporting is not needed if the safety of every personal data is guaranteed.

Report must be sent to the Data Subjects only if their personal data is at great risk.

Reporting is not necesarry in the following cases:

  • The Data Subject was already informed via a public forum.
  • The Data Controller has already ensured the safety of every personal data.

 

  1. Procedural rules

The Data Subjects have the right to request data correction, data erosure, and to ask for other relevant informations here: info@f4y.hu

The Data Controller can not refuse this claim.

The request must be handled within 1 month.

This deadline can be extended by 2 months in case it is needed, but the Data Subject must be reported within 1 month about the new deadline, and about the reason of this extension.

In case the request was sent to the Data Controller via an electronic system, the information provosion should take place using the electronic system as well.

If the Data Controller does not inform the Data Subject, a report about the reasons and the remedy options should be sent to the Data Subject within 1 month.

The information provision is for free if the request is not manifestly unfounded and exaggerated.

The Data Controller must inform every relevant third party about the data correction, erosure , or restriction.
